Mediator should take the same attitude in relation to each party in mediation. His/her task is to assist all the parties in finding a satisfactory solution. Mediator does not represent anyone's interests either - he/she is not a representative of anyone. He/she may not be biased or act in a prejudicial manner towards the participants. He/she has the obligation to immediately disclose to the parties all circumstances that could give rise to doubts about his/her impartiality in the case.
